Customizations That May Incur a Fee
Requests involving added materials, design structure changes, or extended production time may come with a fee starting at $25, always shared with full transparency and no hidden costs.

Skyleros Live Video Measurement Session
Your Personalized Fitting Experience – From Anywhere in the World
To ensure the most accurate fit, we offer a complimentary live video measurement session with us after your order is placed.
This process allows us to guide you through every step with precision, care, and support — no guesswork involved.
What’s Included:
-A 20–30 minute one-on-one Zoom or Google Meet session
-Step-by-step guidance for each measurement
-Tips for how to stand, measure, and record accurately
-Friendly support and answers to any fit-related questions
-Optional screenshot documentation (with your permission) for our internal tailoring reference
What You’ll Need:
–A measuring tape
-A shoestring type of strap to go around your waist
-A friend, partner, or family member to assist you
-Form-fitting clothes (e.g.,fitted tank top and leggings, tight pants)
-A well-lit space with enough room to stand and turn
-A phone stand, tripod, or somewhere to prop your device
-Around 20–30 minutes of quiet, focused time
Production & Shipping Time Of Your Dress
Your dress will be ready to ship within 6 weeks of placing your order. To stay worry-free, we recommend ordering at least 10 weeks in advance to allow a comfortable timeline for any unexpected needs.

International Fitting & Alteration Support
Your gown has arrived—but if minor tweaks are needed, don’t worry. This is rare but completely normal, especially for long-distance custom orders. Most adjustments can be easily handled by a local tailor—and we’re here to help make sure it fits like a glove.
Minor Adjustments? No Problem.
Some light tailoring you may need:
-Slight bust, waist, or hip adjustments
-Strap tightening or lengthening
-Hem shortening
What to Do If It Doesn’t Fit Exactly Right:
Let us know what’s off and what you’d like changed. We’ll support you (or your tailor) step-by-step with:
-Personalized advice using your photos, videos, or messages
-Clear instructions on how to alter your specific gown
-Tips to maintain the garment’s structure and original design
Optional Alteration Credit
If local alterations are needed, we may offer a one-time credit of $30–$70 USD, depending on the service. To request:
